Course Description
This managerial course presents sources of, and solutions to, conflicts between public agencies.  The course is interactive, utilizing the experiences of the facilitator and participants, text material, and a progressively complex participant exercise.  The goal of the course is to provide participants with insights and tools for avoiding, resolving and managing conflicts in the public sector.

  • Generalist:  An intermediate course that can be applied towards the ARWP, RWP or SR/WA program.

She served as International President during IRWA's 75th Anniversary from 2008-2009.  Faith continues to mentor and lead, as a much sought after certified instructor, and through her role establishing the Leadership Institute. She is a champion for IRWA while working with partner organizations, Appraisal Institute, FIABCI, CREW, RICS and Women Transportation Institute, while lecturing both locally and abroad.
