This managerial course presents sources of, and solutions to, conflicts between public agencies. The course is interactive, utilizing the experiences of the facilitator and participants, text material, and a progressively complex participant exercise. The goal of the course is to provide participants with insights and tools for avoiding, resolving and managing conflicts in the public sector.

Faith A. Roland, SR/WA is a celebrated thought leader within IRWA. She served as International President during IRWA's 75th Anniversary from 2008-2009. Faith continues to mentor and lead, as a much sought after certified instructor, and through her role establishing the Leadership Institute. She is a champion for IRWA while working with partner organizations, Appraisal Institute, FIABCI, CREW, RICS and Women Transportation Institute, while lecturing both locally and abroad.
